2013 Resolutions

I bet you all are waiting with baited breath to hear my New Year's Resolutions, so I won't keep you waiting any longer. ;-) Last year I had several little resolutions that I did pretty well on keeping -- mostly incorporating more exercise into my weekly routine, bringing my lunch to work at least three times a week, and kissing the Hubs of course. I plan to keep doing these things, but aside from feeling less guilty, I'm going to take my own advice and really focus on one resolution: to get more sleep!

My goal is to go to bed on time, get 7-8 hours of sleep, and get up earlier so that I can have more time in the morning to ease into my day before work. Ideally, I'd like to be able to do some AM yoga, have my coffee, and check in on the blogosphere. We'll see how it goes. Luckily, the Hubs is also hoping to get more sleep, so we'll be able to help each other out on this one. Wish us luck!

  1. Oh gosh that is a good resolution!!!! I am never good at keeping them, but that is definitely a great one.

  2. I should have written that as my resolution because I end up browsing the internet and working on my blog till wee hours of the night!!
