Hi there, I'm Lauren and this is my blog: tickle my fancy, a place to discuss style, relationships, motherhood, art and life's beautiful moments. Thanks so much for stopping by my little corner of the interwebs.
I originally started tickle my fancy to fill the creative void left after I finished planning my wedding, but it's become so much more than that. When I started this baby I had no idea how important it would become to me, or how special the community I would find myself apart of could be. Yes it's a place to share beauty tips, crafts, and recipes but it's also a place to explore relationships, art, and larger issues like love, feminism and those who inspire me.
I'm a nineties kid who grew up mainly in southern california, but have lived in Seattle, DC, Rome, and south africa. I graduated from UCSD with a degree in Communications and visual arts. Currently I live & work in san Francisco with my husband, daughter, and our twin kitties.
Bloging has become such a meaningful part of my daily life - it's become equal parts scrapbook, journal, idea log, and inspiration file. So far it's been an amazing ride. I'm so excited to see where it goes and I can't thank you enough for stopping by and being a part of this with me. It means a lot.
