The Entente Cordiale
- 2 oz Cognac or Brandy
- 1/2 oz St-Germain
- Lemon Juice and Sugar to Garnish
Add a splash of lemon juice to a chilled cocktail glass and swirl to coat. Discard the juice, then fill the glass with finely powdered sugar. Discard this too, leaving the interior frosted with sugar. (Fancy, no?) Combine the Brandy and St-Germain in a mixing glass filled with ice, stir until chilled, and then strain into the sugared glass. Top with champagne and serve. Yummy!
