Want to de-puff your eyes quickly in the morning? Here's a tip: applying medium pressure, use one finger on each hand to tap rapidly under your eyes for about 30 seconds, working from the inner corners to the outer corners and back, repeatedly. This will help disperse fluids that have accumulated overnight. Quick and easy, no?
