It's a holiday weekend, I'll toast to that.

Strawberry Vodka Lemonade

In a large pitcher mix two cups fresh lemon juice, 1 cup simple syrup, 1 1/2 soda water, 1/2 cup vodka (or a splash or two more, depending on your mood), and 1/4 tbs. vanilla - stir well and pour over ice filled glasses. Garnish with sliced strawberries and fresh basil. Get in my tummy!
