How were all of your weekends loves? Things were pretty nice around here. The hubs was up in Arcata with one of his buddies to spend the weekend fishing off of the Humboldt Bay with his dad. He came home fully laded up with yummy salmon, so I'd say the trip was a success. ;-)
Meanwhile, back in the city, it was the first time in a long time that all of my girlfriends and I were able to get together. Saturday was a grey, windy, frizzy hair kinda day. We met up on the early side and hoofed it down to the water, across the Golden Gate Bridge, and into Sausalito for lunch. Whew! From where I started (I walked from my apartment down to our initial meeting place) it was at least a 10 mile trek; which I felt pretty good about. After the adventure, I had everyone over for wine, cheese, and some much needed QT. Sunday was a bit more mellow, a smaller group of us met for brunch and a little shopping. I think it's safe to say that a good time was had by all. I hope you all had a nice few days too!

ReplyDeleteIt was freezing on Saturday at Crissy Field. I went over for a photo shoot and literally thought I was going to die. LOL Sunday was beautiful, though.

Sounds like you had a lovely weekend! Mine was pretty decent as well :-) Had to work on Saturday, but I relaxed on Sunday.
