Smokin’ Hot
Yield: 2 cocktails
4 slices of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon agave nectar
4 oz (60ml) Mezcal
4 oz (60ml) Canton, ginger liquor
2 oz (60ml) grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
2 teaspoons lime juice
Instructions
Add ginger and agave nectar into a shaker, press the ginger several times with the muddler until slightly smashed and juices are released. Add the remaining ingredients and ice cubes. Cap the shaker, and shake vigorously until well combined.
Fill two lowball glasses with a few ice cubes and divide mixture evenly into glasses; drink chilled.
