American Cheese

Since I already have plans to celebrate Bastille Day with cheese, why not the 4th too? This pretty number is Humboldt Fog + fresh sweet berries, perfect for nibbling. 

For smaller gatherings, use a Humboldt Fog Mini and for larger groups, use the 5-pound Humboldt Fog Grande (whoa mama!), top with raspberries and blueberries - tooth-pick flag (or possibly a sparkler) optional. Serve with rustic artisan breads, honey a Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir. Yum!
