Isn't this mani fun and festive? To recreate simply paint nails white (or the light color of your choice, I think a pale blue or green would also be lovely), then while nails are still wet, brush some glitter (or a glittery eye shadow) on the base of each nail. Any excess glitter will simply wipe off. Seal everything with a clear top coat. High impact, minimal effort.
