It's December dolls, the end of the year is riiight around the corner. Has 2013 been good to you all? I sure hope so. It's been an interesting one for my little family and I - a lot of ups and downs, but I suppose that's to be expected from a whole twelve months. In any case it's a good time to reflect a bit. 

Speaking of, I just read this post on Mind Body Green about creating a self reflection ritual of your own at the end of the year. Sounds a little daunting, but the questions below are a good place to start.
