It was a sleep-with-the-windows-open kinda weekend. A rare occurrence here in San Francisco and we enjoyed every minute of it.
While I opted not to do the whole Bluegrass Madness thing, I didn't exactly lie low either. Friday night we went to see this movie (in 3-D). Amaze. Seriously, go see it. In 3-D if you can. Saturday was a lazy, sleep in, homemade breakfast sandwiches, listen to the radio kinda morning. Although we did manage to sneak in a bit more apartment purging and took three more large bags-o-crap to the Goodwill. Next weekend: shoe purge. So sad, so necessary. Then we'll have to tackle our living room closest, ugh, but I digress. That night we got dolled up and went to a late dinner at Baker & Banker, one of our favorite spots. So yummy, I'm still thinking about it.
Sunday the hubs was fully dedicated to football. So I indulged in another lazy morning and a walking-lunch-mani-pedi date with one of my best gals. Not a bad way to spend a few days if you ask me.

Not bad, Lauren! I enrolled into Logic class on coursera . So I was tackling the problems on Sunday, and watching the videos...stimulating :-)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you had a great weekend! A mani & pedi girl date sounds amazing right about now. My weekend consisted of a blogger lunch and some city time, followed by a bunch of rain and some college football! Pretty good one if you ask me.
