The Sun Also Rises Cocktail, via 10th Kitchen
- 2 ounces light rum
- 3/4 of an ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 of an ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 of an ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1 teaspoon absinthe or Pernod
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
Combine everything in a shaker full of ice and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
Yum - sip and smile.
