If you've spent a little time here, you may have noticed that I have a certain affinity for lists. So when I came across this list on Apartment 34, I took notice. It outlines 16 ways to be a little happier, or a little saner as the case may be, or simply to live a little better... 

Good stuff right? Just don't stress yourself out over trying them all at once, a little here, and a little there can add up to some big changes. Which will you try first? 1 - 6 seem fairly practical, and number 15 deliciously aspirational, so I'm starting there. Let's see how it goes.

  1. №1 and 2 is so hard for me, but every time I stick to that regimen it really does make a huge difference in my life.
