It's Friday - we made it! Another long week under our belts. Cocktails anyone?

The 212

2 oz tequila

2 oz freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice

1 oz Aperol

Club soda

Combine tequila, grapefruit juice and Aperol in a shaker with ice; give it a quick shake. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice; top with club soda, garnish with a grapefruit slice. Yummy!
