Italian Greyhound with Rosemary Sugar:
1 – 2 ounces gin
4 ounces of pink / red grapefruit juice ( I obviously used pink )
A splash of bitters
Rosemary Sugar:
1 tablespoon of freshly chopped rosemary
1/4 cup sugar
Start off by combining the rosemary and sugar. Rub the rim of your glass with a slice of grapefruit. Dip the rim of the glass into the rosemary sugar until it’s fully covered. Add the ice, gin and juice, and top it off with a splash or two of bitters. Stir gently – enjoy.

ReplyDeleteI love greyhounds but I always forget to order them when I'm out. I think it's because I had an amazing one once that blew my mind and it was never the same since. ;)
