It's a holiday weekend made for Easter brunches, and it wouldn't be a brunch without a mimosa.


Bleeding Mimosa

Ingredients:
2 lb blood oranges, juiced
Champagne
Method:
Pour blood orange juice into ice cube trays, freeze for at least 6 hours. Fill champagne flutes with blood orange ice cubes, top with champagne.

Enjoy!
