Here's a fun way to jazz up your cat eye this holiday season: start with a groomed brow, neutral shadow, and highlighter. Next create your cat-eye as usual with a gel liner like this, then accent it with a little bit of glitter liquid liner like this, finish up with some white liner on your inner rims, and a ton of mascara.
