Challah

L'shana tova everyone! Monday the 17th was Rosh Hashana, well I guess technically the holiday lasted from sundown on the 16th to the 18th, but we celebrated on the 17th with apples and honey. So we're now in the Jewish High Holidays, culminating with Yom Kippur.  

To mark the occasion, I might try my hand at making challah, I braid my hair, so this can't be that different, right? right? I guess we'll see. Wish me luck!
