Ingredients
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 slice jalapeño
1/4 ounce black pepper basil syrup
5 basil leaves
2 ounces gin or vodka
1/4 ounce citrus champagne vinegar
Muddle the tomato, jalapeño, lime juice and syrup. Add basil leaves, ice, and gin. Shake well. Top with champagne vinegar. Cheers! 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
