Since it's Monday am, I'm sure we can all use a good coffee boost. Have you guys heard of (or had) a
flat white? It's a new(ish) kind of espresso drink that originated in Australia and has slowly made it's way state-side. It's causing a
bit of a stir. It's made by topping a shot or two of espresso with mid-steamed milk, so that it's thick and creamy, not foamy like a cappuccino, and then served in a small mug. Sounds delicious to me, I can't wait to try one. How about you?
