Here’s a tidbit: if your pot starts to boil over, place a wooden spoon over the top to stop it. Or place the spoon on the pot when you begin to cook to keep the water from boiling over to begin with. Easy-peasy!

Cool! I didn't now about that trick. I always blow on the top. It makes the bubbles go down, but you have to stand there and do it over and over again. This seems a lot less time consuming :)
